For some reason amazon cancelled two items in the order without authorization or notice to me as account owner. Suppose to refund $145.32 to my bank account in 10 business days, but none refund has been done as of today and the worst part is Amazon wash his hands stayed that the refund was issued from their end but never was received by the bank.
The problem persist until now after I have been requested at least credit my amazon account with the money and i will spend it over again in amazon , however that request was denied and stick to the "Refund was issued from our end call your bank" The bank said after several attempt to clear this out The Bank never received money from Amazon to this account and the transaction id that amazon provide not correspond to any transaction in the bank that call AMAZON to clear the issue. I am in the middle of both agencies Amazon and Bank , amazon should honor the refund since has a security breach in the system when cancelled items in an order already paid with no authorization , not notice to the account order for this cancellation, delete history of cancellation in my account ( i can't see details of the items cancelled just the one item deliver) and keep my money on his end with no real proof they refund it to the bank and actually debit from Amazon Bank account I request to amazon to credit my account or a amazon gift card but they decline any further actions, I have no items and i paid for them can not add photo or receipt because they delete from my end i have proof the money was never credit to the bank account
