I wish Amazon would give some kind of customer service over the phone that would resolve issues. I phoned them when I was falsely charged (AGAIN) for a subscription to Audible I never signed up for.
They told me to call Audible, which I did a month ago, and I thought the problem was dealt with. I just got another charge for Audible and had to go through the procedure again.
Amazon needs to allow us customers, who use them all of the time, to place a simple order without being somehow tricked into signing up for Audible. This is beyond frustrating.
