I was accidently charged for a movie that I did not see because my kids were trying to see it on disney + but or flex box from Comcast was trying to get us to purchase it. Before my son confirmed the movie Encanto for 19.99 I told him to get out and look for it on disney plus.

He did and that is where we seen the movie. I attempted to get my refund once I notice I recieved an invoice for it. I then tried to contact Amazon. And trying to get a life person on the phone was nearly impossible.

Not to mention when the site stated click here to call it would hang up or never connect.

And if it wasn't for me continue to push to get anyone on the phone I would never get my refund. Which I try not to order from here because of all the issues I had in general it's not worth it.

User's recommendation: Save yourself aggrivation and run.

Preferred solution: Just so they know their losing business cause their customer support is trash. .
