I am an amazon prime member and I placed an order on a Wednesday and I was suppose to receive my package on a saturday before 8pm, Well I waited until about 10:pm and decided to call customer service. It was at that time I was informed that I would not receive my package until next week tuesday.
Of cause I was upset about this, because this was a gift for one of the nurses at my dialysis center and I would only see her that Monday before the holidays.
I explained the problem to the customer service supervisor and was offered a $10 amazon credit (like that helped solve the problem). I told her that Amazon delivery service stink and prime customer should be treated as such.
I will be cancelling my membership with them by january 2019. I get better service shopping at walmart.com 2-day delivery no membership require
