I placed and order which was to be delivered at my job with is a business. My order was to come on 10/20/2021 between the office hours which I provided during the ordering process.
Of course my order did not come on the date it was to come. I received an alert on 10/21/2021 stating my was package was out for delivery and would arrive between 330-730pm which are outside the business hours that was given to Amazon. I then received another alert while I was home (after business hours) stating my package has been delivered and left on/near the back door of the business.
I returned to work this morning and as I expected there was no package. So of course I again contacted Amazon and was directed to the automated system which said although it states my package was delivered, it may be an error and to wait until the end of the day.
Monetary Loss: $26.
Preferred solution: Refund for prime cost since my package was not fulfilled by the prime policy. In addition to sending me my order to a different address..
Amazon Pros: Easy to navigate, Great selection of goods.
Amazon Cons: Prime delivery are not always fulfilled.
