If you purchase something and parts are missing, good luck. My order was missing leg extension for one of three chairs.

I contacted the manufacturer using the "missing parts" form in the box. It was ignored. I didn't buy from them. The supplier can't or won't replace the missing parts and Amazon's only solution is to take them back apart, pack them, and return them.

That would cost what the chairs did in order to get a refund. The supplier did send another chair - at Amazon's request, not mine - but it was missing the same part.

I am eating the loss and taking the things to Goodwill. With Amazon, if there is a problem, you just can't get there from here.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $176.

Preferred solution: The missing parts. Amazon just isn't set up for these problems..

I didn't like: If there is a missing part you are out of luck.

Last time I checked Amazon takes returns and no return fees for delivery. Your complaint reads like you didn't return and went beyond Amazon's return policy.
