It's ridiculous how much money I've lost because of terrible delivery drivers and AMAZON is not quick to refund.

I've been using AMAZON PRIME for about 3 years now and although they do have great prices and selections, the delivery service is horrible! You have DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS as an option but the instructions are rarely, if ever, followed.
You pay extra money to have a specific day your things are delivered on(AMAZON DAY) and at a specific, yet generalized time, but the items either don't come on time, are delivered to the wrong address, left outside on the sidewalk to be stolen, damaged, and/or lost. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth and once your package leaves their carrier facility and is put on a truck for delivery... Well, good luck! Your money is left in the hands of lazy, disgruntled employees who don't have a single care other than to finish off a day of work.
I've spent thousands of dollars with AMAZON PRIME and have had nothing but problems when it comes to delivery. I've gotten (1) out of (5) refunds for lost merchandise and only (1) $10 credit that I could only use for certain items. I've lost a grand total of $356.55 with AMAZON PRIME.
I work hard for my money. NOT COOL!
User's recommendation: Be careful WHO you are buying from with AMAZON'S many vendors. Could be AMAZON, USPS, FEDEX, or UPS.
Monetary Loss: $357.
Preferred solution: I deserve at least a $100.00 gift card for the money I lost never receiving the items I paid for and for the days of work I had to miss when my delivery date was changed without consent .
Amazon Pros: Great selection and great prices.
Amazon Cons: Poor quality and poor delivery.
