New ReviewerGreetings, Amozon, and everyone else who cares.
On the 14th of December, I was shopping on Amazon and came across a rare item: an electric unicycle for $2100.
I signed up for an 18-month interest-free loan and had to get a Chase Visa card.
I receive confirmation that the item has been purchased and will be delivered by December 20th, just in time for my son's last Christmas in the states
Then, after 5 minutes, my account is frozen due to high volume purchases.
This is the first purchase I've made this year.
I'm unable to repair the account since Amazon requires a photo of a Chase Visa card as well as confirmation of identity. However, you will have to wait at least 10 days for a credit card proof.
As a result, my Amazon account has been frozen, and I am unable to purchase Christmas gifts for my family. As a result, I have had to purchase a unicycle from a different source, whose delivery time is longer than intended.
So please cancel my order and know that I will never shop on Amazon again
Preferred solution: I need my account to be corrected, and I need Amazon Prime's free 30-day trial to be stopped because I can't shop for Christmas and can't get in. My account has been suspended because I used a pre-approved Amazon card to purchase an overpriced item. .
