If I would have gotten the proper customer service in the beginning like we tried in vain to do butwas kept giving the run around because we didn't have an account which I repeated more times than I should have kept saying.explained simple as day that it was a gift card..if that person would have done his job right I would not have been out of a $100.00 he claim he couldn't pull up not one number on the receipt ticket or card..by the time I was able to call back to check the young lady I talked to had no problem putting pulling up none of the number or the account of my purchase..by then the money was gone yes still angry my boyfriend Love Amazon so it was a surprise for his bda

User's recommendation: Pray they don't get the jerk I got and pray Amazon refund my money back.
