I spend the money in cash, I dont have anyway unless your help to solve it. There's no explanation about what happend to me, you should know how unusual this situation Is, i really ask you guys to emphatize with me.

I save money, and was trying to make a gift, wich offcourse I wont buy again, nor the gift, of something with the service of Amazon, because I can't understand how you guys can handle a mistake like this, I never seen something like this before, NO ONE can help me, hope you guys can Finde a way to help me, I know this Is one od those exceptions, please I ask for understanding. Im just asking for what i deserved, I worked a lot to can affod for those gift cards, please make an honest Man a favor, its not a normal request, I deserved the help foto this problem that isnt mine, please. I repeat, I did not do anything wrong, I went to use the cards at Amazon and they did not work, in CVS they are not responsible, the error is from the company, not mine, I did not do anything wrong, I only paid for a service that did not work For a reason that has no explanation, please understand that I am the victim in this situation, and that I deserve a full refund of the two gift cards. Please give me a coupon on amazon to this user, a company as big as Amazon should be able to fix big errors like this one in particular.

Please, I ask for your understanding, I know that it is not wrong for this type of situation to happen, and that you can find a solution, it is really unusual in this case, otherwise I would not be claiming something like that if I did not have rszon in what I am hearing.
