Amazon review in Atlanta, Georgia: Misrepresented product and incomplete hardware
We had a really bad experience with Amazon as we ordered a patio set which did not live upto its quality. The quality was bad, it was flimsy and would get pushed by 2 feet every time you would attempt to sit on it. When we called the customer service, they were rude, did not inform us that they deal only with e-mails. We wasted hours talking to them and they would not pay for the return shipping of the item. The issues we had were the following 1) Poor quality of the product 2) Misisng harware and we had to make a few trips to the hardware store. 3) Misinformed the customer. 4) Misrepresented the product. 5) Poor customer service. Rather rude customer service. 6) They cut you when you talk to them as they need to go on the next call. They do not respect you at all. 7)We spoke with the return rep twice before we were told that they don't talk over the phone and deal with such issues on emails. I would never buy again from Amazon and would also discourage my friends and social gatherings to do do.

Warranty on Surround sound system from Amazon / Consumer Wholesale not honored
I bought the system thinking it had one year warranty. When the video went our after 8 months, neither Amazon, Consumer Wholesale, or Pioneer would honor the warranty. Consumer Wholesale told me that Pioneer HAD to honor the warranty. I would call Pioneer - first they said Consumer Wholesale was not an aurtorized dealer. Later they told me the unit was too old eventhough it was new in the box. I explained all this to Consumer Wholesale several times. They insisted the warranty was good and I needed to be more insistant and ask for a supervisor. I did everthing they said. I asked them to call Pioneer. They would not do it and finally hung up on me. They said it was my problem.

This happened to me last month. I found that Amazon had charged my credit card for Prime membership...
and I did not ask for it. I called them and complained.. and they refunded the charge.
But something about this happening so much should be looked into. Think of all the elderly they may have ripped off!

The owner was rude and threatening and posted my personal information for the anyone to obtain. I now have to try and get it removed and deal with his threatening emails. How can Amazon allow this? I hope that the issue is resolved. I ordered an ite it never arrived and tried to contact as it was meant to be a christmas gift. It is now too late to have the item by Christmas. I am outraged by the way this person put my personal info out there. I am worried because anyone can now find my address and personal info.

Terrible Customer Service, Actually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS HUNGUP ON BY WILLIAM, who was supposed to be a Supervisor!! How RUDE! I called because per your website the package was to be delivered on Monday, Nov 3, but no package. So today I called Customer Service and spoke with Representative Maureen, who said it was the Shipper's fault because it didn't get sorted correctly. So the package went from PA to 3 places in Florida and she wasn't sure where it was (maybe on a truck to Atlanta? I asked for her Supervisor, got Loretta who told me it might arrive in Atlanta in 3 days from Orlando, Florida. (It's a 7 hour drive.) But NO WEEKEND DELIVERY! They only do weekend deliveries in Major Metro Areas - wow, didn't know Atlanta wasn't a Major Metro Area? So I asked to speak with her Supervisor, on comes William who wants to argue with me about it not being their fault and then HANGS UP ON ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS!!!!

Rude *** from Sports Apparel & Intimates refused to admit he was wrong about Amazon purchase
Chris, the owner of Sports Apparel & Intimates which is a third party vendor on Amazon blamed me for ordering the wrong item when his picture didn't match what I received. When I made a complaint he gave me lots of attitude and said this happens all the time online and that I should be more careful next time...so frustrating. I should have read more reviews, other people were also having the same problem and he didn't care. Never buy them...such a *** vendor, thank god amazon refunded me with great customer service! Hey Chris, you should learn something from them!

Be careful about what you post on Amazon
I used to post comments anonomously on Amazon. I will never do that again. It is dangerous to post any comment on Amazon. Everything goes to the NSA spy corporation and Amazon itself attacks you. You can not say anything untoward about the Disney media company and Disney movies or you will be attacked. This is only substantiates my claims against Disney. Last time I checked the Bill of Rights and the right to free speech still stands until our next false flag event to remove even that. I have removed all my reviews as much of my profile as I could. I will actively look for other online companies offering services similar to Amazon. Hopefully someone will offer a competing service as there will be a market there as more customers over time become disenchanted with Amazon.

Amazon charging me for refund w/out notice!
Amazon claims they sent me notice about issuing a refund to buyer for $419 on 6/18 and they didn't. I just received notice on 6/25. It doesn't even show in my account that they sent a claim nor asked me for authorization for a return nor sent any messages trying to contact me in my seller account. All it shows is that they're going to charge my account for a return for a product that hasn't been returned. I'm on Amazon's website almost daily. Amazon dropped the ball on communication and now they want me,the customer,to pay for your mistake.

I have the same problem with an espresso machine. I'll never buy from Amazon again, and I'll watch for what Krups said was "third party sellers." Apparently they buy stuff on E-bay then resell it and the warranties don't hold, even though it's a new product.
I got the same song and dance.
