Amazon has gotten TOO BIG for its britches!

The bigger and more successful Amazon gets, it's apparent the sloppier it gets. Order fulfillment has gotten extremely unreliable. I order from the site constantly -- have been for about 12 or 13 years -- and it seems lately that their packages are often delivered late by one to three days. Whatever date it tells you the item you've just ordered will be delivered (typically one or two business days with Amazon Prime), don't believe it! Amazon had better get their act together, or I'll be boycotting the site indefinitely.

Two nights ago at around 12:30 a.m. I impulsively added a Kindle Paperwhite to my cart. I decided to wait until morning to reconsider. Yesterday morning (around 8:45 a.m.) I saw this in my cart: 2 items in your Saved Items have changed price. All-new Kindle Paperwhite Water-Safe Fabric Cover (10th Generation-2018), Marine Blue has increased from $24.99 to $29.99 Kindle Paperwhite – Now Waterproof with 2x the Storage has increased from $109.99 to $149.99" From $109.00 to $144.99 in 7 hours!!???? What kind of games are those? Chat customer service defended this to the nth degree than asked me "What do you want here?" I said I'd buy it for the original price and then she said I should "wait for the price to go down again." I've had real retailers agree to match prices - their own and competitors'. I didn't like this treatment

My son was charged for a membership twice in the same month and he is under sixteen. That I do have a problem with.

I placed a prime order on the 18th and had it processed on the 19th, so it was expected to arrive on the 21st. Well, the tracking page says the package arrived at a local UPS carrier the 21st and as of the 22nd, has since been stuck on "loaded on delivery vehicle"....

Amazon in Rome, Georgia - Won't price match their own website. Item I purchased not even delivered.

I bought a X-mas gift for my nephews and nieces from Amazon. 6 days later the same item was $50.00 cheaper on their on website. I had not even taken delivery of the package. I called and Amazon refused to lower it to match the current amount. Never again Amazon. Fooled me once.

AMAZON PRIME HAS BECOME A TOTAL MARKETING SCHEME RIP-OFF! We only bought it originally for "free shipping/free returns".

Now Bezos is raising the price of PRIME and taking away most of those benefits, the reasons most of us went with PRIME in the first place. Bezos is nothing more than an older Mark "FACEBOOK" Zuckerberg! If you're still using PRIME, READ EVERYTHING CLOSELY!!! Every product has it's own deal, whether PRIME or not!!!!
