Okay I buy alot from Amazon and they do not have awesome customer service when you buy thousands a month they suck on customer service. They first offer to next day your order at no charge okay big deal.

I record every call I make to Amazon customer service and when I caught them lying to me on items that suppossedly shipped that actually never shipped yet they would no longer answer emails or calls from me.

I buy alot of automotive stuff from Amazon because they are cheaper but have since stopped because they have zero control over their sellers and fixing issues with them. They are as bad or worse than overstock ( we sell everybody's returned ***) .com

Amazon review in Toccoa, Georgia: Multiple shipments daily,continue

I ordered 2 home phone batteries, recieved 1, next day 2 more,that was thursday and friday,today ,monday ,I get 2 more phone batteries,ordered 1 case of charmin megaroll toilet paper ,I received 3 cases, of 354 sheets per roll, 48 rolls per case, enough paper to wipe 100,000 ***, also recieved 2 duracell battery rechargers, stuff continues to arrive daily , and contact with amazon is in India, Yet when Iinitially contacted them it was all simple and USA BASED SUPPORT < NEVER WILL I BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THESE CRIMINALS< when I finally made contact with india ,they said call the supplier,it is there mistake ???? HABIB running the phones, talking to a southerner = mission impossible, One more thing had computer crash when contact was attempted to cancel this ***. BEWARE OF AMAZON ,TRUST BIGSKIN ON THAT, and now my email= disappeared so they don't know me just my credit card ,, see amazon = RUN ,run run.IT is not a deal when labor outweighs the bargain. I purchased a Santa wig and beard. When it arrived it was different from the one in the photo on the Amazon 7th Avenue website.

Four phone calls, one live chat, and three emails later I can only return the item by losing $5.75 shipping, and paying 20% restocking fee. Iuld never have purchased this item if I had seen the photo that appears on the actual package.These people are using bait-and-switch tactics by misrepresenting the quality of the merchandise.

I realized later that they are also using the same photo for two other wig sets at two different prices. Why isn't anyone being held accountable for these illegal practices?
