New ReviewerFor some reason you resent items i ordered back in oct now in decemeber.. in the meantime my bank card was hacked and so my bank stopped any recent charges and sent me a new card..
this was explained to one person who blew me off by saying you must wait 7-10 days before this is resolved from our end this was after i told her my amx card was on file and all they had to do was recharge me using the amx card
And then i planned to return the reordered items from oct
Then i tried to order a prime video and that was frozen!
It took 1.5 hours with the last customer service rep to resolve this issue which i actually resolved myself while waiting 1.5 hours from my and; while waiting for her to come back with a resolution i deleted that bank card in file and added another. Please remember my amx card has been on file all the while we have been dealing with this ridiculous situation.
