Amazon - Fraud at
I had questionable charges to my credit card but not very happy with the fact that I purchased an item for $11 and it charged me for shipping and handling which I have prime and I should not be charged shipping and handling. It should give us a warning that this is not prime shipping that its third-party and I would be charged a fee thank you.
The customer service representative who help me over the phone was very helpful. It would also be very helpful if it was not so complicated to phone into Amazon it was very complicated to find a phone number and concerning that its not even available on my Amazon account, So I had to go to google to find a phone number and then I had to jump through hoops in Halls to get the number
