I have been a client of Amazon for years. Ive spent thousands of dollars.

I have Alexa and prime and prime video.

Apparently on March 13 someone hacked into my account added fraudulent credit cards and tried to start placing orders. Ive never had fraud on my account nor have I ever filed a fraud claim. Amazon close my account and is asking me to provide statements of said fraud credit cards which I am not aware of as I didnt add them. There is no one available to help me I have contacted everyone I have lost my movies that Ive spent over $2000 on Ive lost access to all of my Amazon devices and no one is available to contact me.

I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and care for a real live human. I am clearly just a number shame on you Amazon!

You say that you put a hold on my account for my protection and yet you are penalizing me for something that I had nothing to do with. I have sent multiple letters multiple emails and I get the same generic response from your Amazon team I have requested this to be escalated to another department I have asked for a manager to call me back and I am continuously told that there is nothing anyone can do to help me

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Amazon Pros: Quick delivery time.

Amazon Cons: Not being able to speak to representatives, Incompetent support, Deceptive item listing, You steal money from the innocent.
