If they would have contacted the companies that they were stolen from, which I gave them all the info multiple times along with the gift cars numbers, they would have found out I was telling the truth! All Amazon cares about is the almighty dollar and to *** with their loyal customers!!

Sick of lasership

Sick and tired of complaining to Amazon about the cut-rate shipping service LASERSHIP. I understnad they want to save money on Prime memberships, but this company damages packages and products, and can't deliver on time. I have video of them throwing my items 20+ feet into my door, breaking items, leaving them in the rain, and I've had to call Amazon to have them fix it each time. I don't understand why they can't stop using this carrier. I've been with Amazon for 10+ years, and I'm done dealing with this... no more orders for me.

AMAZON.COM IS NOT SHIPPING PROMPTLY

I ordered one item from Amazon.com LLC on 11 December 2007. The item was listed as IN STOCK. I opted for Free Shipping, as the item was over $25. THIS ONE ITEM WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL 17 DECEMBER 2007. If you are looking to receive something from them BEFORE Christmas, you may well be out of luck. In a separate order (placed later the same day), I ordered TEN items from SEVEN different outside vendors through the Amazon website. All items were in stock. These items will all be shipped on or before 13 December 2007. The vendors all sent confirmation emails. Amazon.com has sent NO email confirmation for the order of one item. On their website, they say the item will be shipped 17 December, and should be received by 24 December 2007. The reason for this prolonged DELAY OF ONE WEEK IN PROCESSING THE ORDER was not explained and leads me to believe that Amazon.com is NOT SHIPPING ORDERS PROMPTLY. They are making a wrong assumption that Christmas is when everything needs to arrive. IN STOCK does NOT mean that your order will be SHIPPED in a timely manner. There is no mention on their website that your order will lie around for ONE WEEK BEFORE SHIPPING. Let the buyer BEWARE!

umm, with the free supersaver shipping, they do tell you your order may be delayed 3-5 business days. if you want it faster pay for shipping, the free shipping gives you ground shipping at low priority.

even standard ground is usually only a few dollars.

or better yet, look at amazon prime, free two day shipping! good deal huh.
