That is not why. A computer makes the decision based on direct contact with sellers and editing or deleting reviews.

It’s a very flawed system. I appealed twice and finally got a human to review and reinstate me. However either the computer blocked me again or I was never reinstated because 2wks later I still couldnt review. So I again contacted them via email and they responded the next day stating I am again reinstated and to allow 24hrs.

So I won’t know if it worked this time until tomorrow. I’m blown away amazon is allowing this to happen to honest customers and has done nothing to correct it overall. The crazy thing is I see reviews posted all the time that say they received a discount in exchange for an honest review like what?! How is that ok?

I wish someone high up in amazon would address this issue cuz they are losing customers left and right. Most people will just cancel their prime and not try this hard to get it fixed

Amazon review in Davenport, Florida: You should not have to pay extra for good customer service

We refuse to pay Amazon to be a "Prime Member" so as a result our orders take a long time to ship and sometimes only after we call their customer service and the operators are in India or some other foreign country and impossible to understand. Good customer service is a requirement for retailers to earn your business, not something you pay extra for. On Nov 28, 2017 we placed an order for in-stock products at Amazon and as of Dec 18 AM the order was not shipped. Waiting 3-weeks for an order to be processed is outrageous. The irony is that Amazon requires suppliers who ship direct to customers for them to ship those orders within 3-days. Amazon will never tell you when they will ship an order nor will they provide the name of the shipper nor the shipper's tracking #. Amazon deflects these inquiries by estimating when your package will arrive even though they only control the time your order is picked/shipped and the selection of the shipper. My solution is to identify items I want on Amazon and then buy them on Ebay, Wal-Mart.com, Target.com, BestBuy.com or other retail sites where the prices are equal to or lower than Amazon, free shipping is predominant and my orders are always shipped in 1-2 days and frequently the same day then these companies supply the shipper's tracking # so I know exactly where my order is and when I will get it.

Call 1-877-252-2701 and ask to put special instructions on your account. This could be "ok to leave package at door" or any other secure location.

You can also file a complaint regarding the driver as you mentioned you have been home and no knock on door.

Just undeliverable notification. Have order number available so they can attach correct driver to package.

You didn't carefully read the terms and conditions of the free trial. You probably had to cancel the auto shipment/membership within a certain length of time which you did not.

I assume they are now charging you a "cancellation fee" of some sort for cancelling before the agreed term under which you ordered. Good luck on the dispute with the credit card.

I ordered a7inch Kindle fire with 32mg of gig and 30day trial for prime membership and I was suppose to get next or two day shipping order on 09/18/2016 for first oder and when I did not get order by wensday 09/21/2016 then I called them and asked am I suppose to get order in two day,s and the rep said yes she didn't, no why and she said she would cancel the first oder and all I had to do is to reoder she will said it was not going to recharge my card and she would call back in a hour for me to reorder because she cancel the first order so I can get the new order the next day. The rep called back and asked did I have money on my card and I told her no I only had 55cent because the$53.49 was still in pending because of the first payment which was held up so the rep mess me up and ran my card six or seven more times. Call headquarter,s and the rep two told me to quit call because I,m wasting my time because the bank was at fault when it was the rep who mess me up by canceling the fisrt order. So went in my email like the other rep told me to do to go to my Amazon account through my email so that worked and order got back on track because the rep said he can see the payment so the billing have to do it manually so this rep knew what he was talking about was happy because it said I would get my product on Sunday the 25, 2016 signed back in last night on Amazon to make sure everything was fine but the account was telling me I needed to change my payment so called again and the rep said to cancel this order and let the money go back on my card in five day,s so that,s what I did because I,m tired of three day,s and nothing still not getting done some gave me the money to be able to get what ever I wanted because do to social security stopping my check for seventeen month,s now I can,t take to much. Hi! I bought this unit E-TIT52SCH5LKRC AT AMAZON last week.It was a night mare to install.. the manual is terrible.. any way.. Amazon, why do you charge sales taxes on some items and not on others? I have been buying from you for years and in the future, if you add sales tax, I will find it elsewhere on-line, even if I have to pay more!!! To those who may reply and tell me, "it's the law", "its your duty as an American to pay sales taxes" etc. I say to you, if you can justify yours or my States fraud and waste by its citizens and government employees, that I see and hear daily, I will change my mind and pay sales taxes and never complain about sales taxes again.

It depends on where the product you bought is sent from. I am not going to try to explain it to you but yes, sometimes you have to pay sales tax and other times you do not.

As for your criticism of government employees, etc.

just remember we get what we deserve based on whom we voted for. Remember that come November.
