Very disappointed that Amazon has not figured out how to handle their logistics better for businesses. Whats the point in paying for PRIME account and expecting a delivery date and packages NEVER arriving on date needed when we have informed Logistics that our business is not open after 5pm. Then we keep getting a delivery has been attempted but the driver does not make our delivery their first priority the next day to deliver!!! Its as if they could care less on continuing to keep customer service. (Just wait till this keeps happening to other businesses...it will hurt AMAZON eventually). Amazon really needs to work doin a better job on their failure to deliver and make it a priority to deliver the next morning. ***

Amazon offers free 2nd day shipping. On Cyber Monday Nov 26th I ordered 99.00 Bose Head Phones for 49.99 for my Daughter for the holidays. There was no indication at the time of the order that the Item was out of stock. "Two Weeks" and they still have not shipped the order. The Customer Service team was useless in letting me know when the Headphones would be back in stock and would ship.

Amazon is ripping off customers in Puerto Rico, first in regards of a non-existant policy not to be allowed by law to ship electronic articles (dozens of other suppliers ship those product without any problem). Second, even if Puerto Rico is a US Commonwealth and uses the same USPS services, Amazon charges even for products that fit into an flat rate envelope or box many time more than three times the product value in shipping, which is a simple way to rip of customers. If you are facing the same situation, quit your Amazon account and look for other suppliers - they do exist and many time ship for free.

Friday, Dec 4 was suppose to receive 2 zero gravity lounge chairs from Amazon by 8:30 that evening, when the chairs did not come, I called Amazon they said the shipment was lost. They took the money off my debt card and I had no chairs or money, money was taken off earlier that day, so now it is Dec. 16 and still no money from Amazon put back on my card. One pissed off person, will never order from them again.

Amazon review in Orlando, Florida: Next day delivery if I purchased $35 worth of merchandise

I ordered items I did not even need in order to qualify for next day service. They used a sorry delivery company that promised to deliver my merchandise by 9pm the next day, but I did not receive my package and it is 11pm. Then when I went online to check the status of my package the delivery company kept posting lies like they couldn't access my building and I live in a house at 8 something and the time currently was 10:30. Then after calling the customer service line, and submitting a complaint online the status changed to the package is on time and left at 8:24am. How is this possible, I think Amazon should learn to pick a better delivery company that can best meet their customer needs.

AMAZON.COM CONTRACT BREACH

On 4/3/13 i placed a order on amazon.com On 4/4/13 i received a emailing stating my order was complete and my item was shipped On 4/5/13 I checked tracking to see to my surprise my item was shipped back to seller On 4/6/13 I called amazon to get more info on my my package was being rerouted and was told they did not know. On 4/7/13 I received a emailing from amazon saying that there was a error with the price of my order and it was being shipped back to Amazon. It is not 4/10 and Amazon.com has charged my card "Completed" the transaction took my offer to purchase Confirmed it and shipped my item to only take it back after a contract was made. During this process i was told many times i would get a phone call with a update and i was not contacted until days later. As of now i have no $ no item and amazon is trying to void a legal contract. No one will reply to any of my other email's and they are basically saying i cant do anything to bad. How long will we allow Giants to do as they please.

afew days ago I canceled an order for photo mats 1/1/2 hrs after I placed the order....The amount was $48.99,this amount has not been credited to my debit acc.I would like this done as soon as now.....!!the order# is 002-8146139-7012255 .They took out the amount of the order right away and canceled the order when I requested them to do so but still have not returned my money,they are not supposed to take the money out of your account till they have shipped the item,in this case they took it out when it cleared the bank.I want the amount credited back into my account!!!...Susan Holloway
