Under a banner for AMAZON Contest/special deals....HA...I signed up for a FREE TRIAL, just pay shippping... RIP OFF... paid the $4.99 for shipping of the FREE TRIAL. Then got charged $89.97 on CC, when I called to cancel shipment...I was told it was a.... END OF FREE TRIAL CHARGE!!!!!!! The only reason I did the free trial is because it was under the AMAZON banner....I am really PISSED OFF. I have disputed the charge with DISCOVER...lets see what they do. You didn't carefully read the terms and conditions of the free trial. You probably had to cancel the auto shipment/membership within a certain length of time which you did not.

I assume they are now charging you a "cancellation fee" of some sort for cancelling before the agreed term under which you ordered. Good luck on the dispute with the credit card.

Hi! I bought this unit E-TIT52SCH5LKRC AT AMAZON last week.It was a night mare to install.. the manual is terrible.. any way.. I did.. after all noticed a_that remote control is not what the manuel says.. it doens't have the learn button. b- the light doens to turn on c-the remote does not change anything d-the fan does not top working.. i have to turn off the power swithc box in order to turn off.. i have to elave on all the time because the refrigerator.. please let me what to do. please, call tomorrow.. 954-401-8360 cell.. my nmae is Milton Pereira

Addendum to my 1 st letter to Mr. Raghavender- I have researched the promotional balance- of $34.75 all over Amazon. I have discovered that there is no record of this amount-and this would account for the lack of Amazon being able to apply this -my balance due to me-to any product I purchase-regardless of whatever manner you stated- state-or will state in the future. I did discover I do have a promotional balance-see attached: As you can see I am owed $26.00 in the Amazon MP3 Category- $25.00 in the Amazon Video Category- $25.00 in the Kindle Editions Category. Total = $76.00. All this when I was never able to view any prime videos in 2015- never bought any music- nor bought any kindle books. I gather-this must be a ploy- as to entice me to spend additional monies -then and only then will I ever see the $76.00 refer below in black and white- only if I spend money to buy other Prime video/music/kindle products. Kind of a coercion process- I suspect. Again- the $35.75 owed- appears nowhere- so how can it be applied- since no one knows of it's existence besides you and I- and remember I have your e-mail that validates this amount. I did not pull it out of hat. I am forwarding this all for your review- and assessment. My impression is that there is something terribly wrong here- and should be addressed. Since you are the Assistant of Mr. Bezo- you probably are the person to do so. Unless you prefer I forward all the above - in the form of a Presidential Complaint- and notify others- which I rather not do-in lieu I am sure this is a computer glitch-and an obvious over site by your Organization. I have now spent an enormous amount of time- reading all your correspondence about policy of Amazon- the products that change- and that it would automatically be applied at the appropriate time. Well Sir- since no one knows of this besides you and I- I can't see it ever being applied to anything-and the fact that $76.00 is owed me in the Prime area- you may want to reconsider your 1 month extension of Prime services-not that I really need it-since if I buy something it shall always be over $35.00 and the shipping shall always be free. I suggest you review your position on this matter- and come up with something equitable-otherwise-I shall contact the FCC- and other Government Agencies-and consult an Attorney about this matter-and the manner your firm does business. Govern yourself accordingly

Don't sell on Amazon.

We opened an account about 7 months ago. We sent all of our products descriptions and images through spreadsheet. Apparently Amazon merges products and uses different descriptions with out notifying you. We constantly have to email amazon to correct images, descriptions, etc on top of it they would send us a email saying that we have listed products that did not matched our products. We sell through other venues and never had these problems. We end up checking every single item (3,000) we had listed and verified that what we sent is not what it was displayed on their website. After fixing the issue we got 2 bad reviews of 300 plus orders we did and Amazon decided to cancel our account and hold our funds. We found out that not only amazon hold the rudest customers database but also the cheapest ones. If a customer ordered the wrong item would request a return as it received different from what it was ordered. that way we would have to refund even if item was open and used. If you are considering on selling online don't use Amazon at the end you will loose

STAY AWAY FROM AMAZON!

Amazon is notorious for closing accounts without reason. You can Google it and see for yourself.

There are hundreds of horror stories about Amazon.

As a seller you will eventually be screwed by Amazon. You have been warned.

I think amazon shouldn't even involve itself with SELLERS. I think they should use you as inventory check over everything that goes out in it NAME> Lets face it customers did buy from your other ONLINE store because they don't trust you but THEY WILL BUY THROUGH AMAZON beecasue they believe (right or wrongly) that AMAZON will take care of the customers. "Givem the pickel" attitude
