Amazon offers free 2nd day shipping. On Cyber Monday Nov 26th I ordered 99.00 Bose Head Phones for 49.99 for my Daughter for the holidays. There was no indication at the time of the order that the Item was out of stock. "Two Weeks" and they still have not shipped the order. The Customer Service team was useless in letting me know when the Headphones would be back in stock and would ship.

Amazon in Davenport, Florida - You should not have to pay extra for good customer service

We refuse to pay Amazon to be a "Prime Member" so as a result our orders take a long time to ship and sometimes only after we call their customer service and the operators are in India or some other foreign country and impossible to understand. Good customer service is a requirement for retailers to earn your business, not something you pay extra for. On Nov 28, 2017 we placed an order for in-stock products at Amazon and as of Dec 18 AM the order was not shipped. Waiting 3-weeks for an order to be processed is outrageous. The irony is that Amazon requires suppliers who ship direct to customers for them to ship those orders within 3-days. Amazon will never tell you when they will ship an order nor will they provide the name of the shipper nor the shipper's tracking #. Amazon deflects these inquiries by estimating when your package will arrive even though they only control the time your order is picked/shipped and the selection of the shipper. My solution is to identify items I want on Amazon and then buy them on Ebay, Wal-Mart.com, Target.com, BestBuy.com or other retail sites where the prices are equal to or lower than Amazon, free shipping is predominant and my orders are always shipped in 1-2 days and frequently the same day then these companies supply the shipper's tracking # so I know exactly where my order is and when I will get it.

I ordered a7inch Kindle fire with 32mg of gig and 30day trial for prime membership and I was suppose to get next or two day shipping order on 09/18/2016 for first oder and when I did not get order by wensday 09/21/2016 then I called them and asked am I suppose to get order in two day,s and the rep said yes she didn't, no why and she said she would cancel the first oder and all I had to do is to reoder she will said it was not going to recharge my card and she would call back in a hour for me to reorder because she cancel the first order so I can get the new order the next day. The rep called back and asked did I have money on my card and I told her no I only had 55cent because the$53.49 was still in pending because of the first payment which was held up so the rep mess me up and ran my card six or seven more times. Call headquarter,s and the rep two told me to quit call because I,m wasting my time because the bank was at fault when it was the rep who mess me up by canceling the fisrt order. So went in my email like the other rep told me to do to go to my Amazon account through my email so that worked and order got back on track because the rep said he can see the payment so the billing have to do it manually so this rep knew what he was talking about was happy because it said I would get my product on Sunday the 25, 2016 signed back in last night on Amazon to make sure everything was fine but the account was telling me I needed to change my payment so called again and the rep said to cancel this order and let the money go back on my card in five day,s so that,s what I did because I,m tired of three day,s and nothing still not getting done some gave me the money to be able to get what ever I wanted because do to social security stopping my check for seventeen month,s now I can,t take to much. Amazon in West Palm Beach, Florida - Sick of lasership

Sick and tired of complaining to Amazon about the cut-rate shipping service LASERSHIP. I understnad they want to save money on Prime memberships, but this company damages packages and products, and can't deliver on time. I have video of them throwing my items 20+ feet into my door, breaking items, leaving them in the rain, and I've had to call Amazon to have them fix it each time. I don't understand why they can't stop using this carrier. I've been with Amazon for 10+ years, and I'm done dealing with this... no more orders for me.

Paid $40 for 2 day shipping, Amazon sends wrong item. Reship takes 10 days.

My mothers home was burglarized last week. Two days ago an emergency came up and she needed to go out of town for 1-2 weeks. She was understandably scared of leaving the home unattended. I told her not to worry, I would buy her a security system on Amazon and have it shipped in 2 days (which cost me an extra $40. Which is OK, I was paying for convenience.) She received it today, on time, as promised - BUT THEY HAD SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM!! I hurried to re-order the item only to find 1) Amazon was out of stock and the 3rd party reseller was charging $30 more than I initially paid and 2) Their 2 day shipping would cost $194!! (that is not a typo. 194 dollars.) I had no choice but to get standard shipping and now the item she should have received TODAY will arrive in 10 DAYS and cost me $30 more. Their customer service is a JOKE. I was offered a $30 credit - Gee, thanks. That isn't even going to cover the gas I'll need to drive the 6 hours to her house to receive and install this thing. They just lost a long time customer.

umm, with the free supersaver shipping, they do tell you your order may be delayed 3-5 business days. if you want it faster pay for shipping, the free shipping gives you ground shipping at low priority.

even standard ground is usually only a few dollars.

or better yet, look at amazon prime, free two day shipping! good deal huh.
