Amazon in Tampa, Florida - Compasny supports fraud

I always order dog food from Amazon - 12 cans each time!! So this time I found the dog food flavor my dog really likes. Today I received the order - it was only 2 cans!! Looked at the order again and saw that the seller charged $13.75 for a 13.2 oz can - not for 12 cans as I thought! My mistake was to not closely read the description - never ever had a problem with any dog food order before!!! Called AMAZON and they were no help claiming that the seller can set the price. So it is clear that AMAZON supports fraudsters! I want to return the item but have to wait till the seller approves the return!!

Amazon in Orlando, Florida - Delivery Dates NEVER gauranteed

Very disappointed that Amazon has not figured out how to handle their logistics better for businesses. Whats the point in paying for PRIME account and expecting a delivery date and packages NEVER arriving on date needed when we have informed Logistics that our business is not open after 5pm. Then we keep getting a delivery has been attempted but the driver does not make our delivery their first priority the next day to deliver!!! Its as if they could care less on continuing to keep customer service. (Just wait till this keeps happening to other businesses...it will hurt AMAZON eventually). Amazon really needs to work doin a better job on their failure to deliver and make it a priority to deliver the next morning. Bullshit

I had the exact same experience. Mine came through an e mail that looked like an offer from Costco.

Same charge for $89.37 that was promised to be $4.97 in shipping only. I called the 1 800 number on the packaging and canceled. The company offered to continue to send me this horrible product at 50% off, I declined, so then they offered to send it at 75% off.

I declined again. Too late for the 3 months of charges to my credit card.

Amazon says they have two day shipping with Prime but now that they use FedEx and others to ship and allow those carriers to deliver to the USPS who then actually delivers the package, the whole process becomes somewhat of a joke. The USPS is unreliable and, often quite inept.

You may, or may not get your package delivered via USPS in two days, or a stranger up the road may get it or your neighbor will deliver it to you in a day or so as the postal carrier will have delivered it to the wrong address. Or, you will just never receive the package.

Amazon shipping is fast becoming unreliable but, given the large volume they ship out, they shrug off complaints and think "so what? Gullible people will still shop online with us and we can safely ignore those complaining." Best to start looking and shopping at online sites that do a better job of shipping.

Amazon offers free 2nd day shipping. On Cyber Monday Nov 26th I ordered 99.00 Bose Head Phones for 49.99 for my Daughter for the holidays. There was no indication at the time of the order that the Item was out of stock. "Two Weeks" and they still have not shipped the order. The Customer Service team was useless in letting me know when the Headphones would be back in stock and would ship.
