Tricked by Chummie to buy their crummy Chummie Elite on Amazon with false and exaggerated listing. I have used it for 3 months with many of Chummie's claims being completely false. Chummie makes very exaggerated and false claims. I came across this website - http://bedwettingalarmsdeceitcatcher.blogspot.com/2015/11/deceit-and-trickery-at-chummie-systemic.html . Very interesting and goes to show how crooked Chummie and its owner are. They even had a judgment against them from the Federal Court of the Northern District of California. Chummie has a history of being crooked, and nothing has changed. Trying to get them to provide proper support or support their claims was impossible, and after 3 months my son is depressed over how poorly this crummy alarm has been. If I had read this site 3 months ago, I definitely would not have wasted my son's health and emotion with this bad company and its products. $100 down the drain and my child's hopes dashed! Shame on Chummie!

As of writing this, we are STILL waiting for our delivery to arrive. We ordered a bed from Amazon, and Saia Freight is handling the delivery. It was supposed to be delivered almost a week ago, but since they insist on calling first before scheduling the delivery EVERY SINGLE TIME (as in, they can't just call us once, get our okay to deliver whenever they want to, and then just DO it; no, they have to call each and every time the delivery doesn't work out that day and attempt to schedule it AGAIN, and they won't deliver unless we give them a fresh go-ahead each time; I've never dealt with a company who makes delivery this difficult), three days went by before things synched up so we could actually have a phone conversation and give them our "okay". The delivery was finally scheduled for Friday. Well, Friday rolls around and the driver calls us -- from a town 30 minutes away from us; never even came to our town -- and informs us that he won't deliver it because his GPS told him we live on a dirt road. We assured him that our road is not what he's imagining, and he will have absolutely no problems making his delivery. We've lived here for years and have had zero problems with deliveries to our house in the past. We told him he didn't even have to come down the driveway, he could leave it on the side of the road. We also told him that if he would actually come and physically look at the road, he would realize his concerns were unfounded. Our road is very wide, very packed, and very well maintained. Trucks and trailers travel our road on a daily basis. But no...he refused to even come look at it first before deciding it was impossible! He said he'd get someone in a smaller truck to try it on Monday. We immediately called the delivery organizer (Heather is her name) and left a message explaining the unprofessional behavior of the driver. You'd think a company would want to know about something like that. We did not receive a response that day. So, today is Monday. Will Saia Freight be delivering the bed today? NO!!! Why not? Well, Heather is very unapologetic about the driver's refusal to do his job. In fact, she's downright rude about it. She wants us to meet the driver on the highway and haul the bed to our house in our Prius. We explained to her that we have the stomach flu in our house right now, and all of this is incredibly inconvenient. But no, she won't budge on it. So, we caved and said that if it's the only way to get the bed, we'd rather just get it over with. But no! Heather decided not to schedule the delivery for today, but will schedule it for tomorrow instead. She's not even nice about it. Stay away from this company at all costs. They are a nightmare. When we looked them up online, we saw they have a ton of other bad reviews all over the internet. Big surprise. You've been warned.

Amazon is ripping off customers in Puerto Rico, first in regards of a non-existant policy not to be allowed by law to ship electronic articles (dozens of other suppliers ship those product without any problem). Second, even if Puerto Rico is a US Commonwealth and uses the same USPS services, Amazon charges even for products that fit into an flat rate envelope or box many time more than three times the product value in shipping, which is a simple way to rip of customers. If you are facing the same situation, quit your Amazon account and look for other suppliers - they do exist and many time ship for free.

Bought a CD set from a seller named "lexiphiles" DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Received the sealed box ,gave them as a gift ,the jeweled cases were empty! I contacted Amazon customer service. No response,after I tried to contact them.. I am still trying to get a refund. They send me an email to contact them, and they keep saying they have to contact the seller to give them a chance. "It's their policy" Amazon customer service sucks! I guess they figure if they do this to you long enough, they will figure you'll give up. I ll try jet.com

Amazon review in Palm Coast, Florida: Price discrimination and Defective Kindle Fire HD10

Bought a new Fire HD 10 in December. Two months later, it quit charging. This is obviously a very common problem because on amazon's contact page, where it asks you to tell them about your issue, "My kindle has battery/charging issues" was the first choice in the drop down menu. They had me contact their customer support (in India) to troubleshoot the problem. They were unable to offer any solutions & said they'd send me a NEW kindle. Then, I get an email saying that my refurbished Fire HD 10 has shipped. WTH?? I paid full price for a brand new kindle fire. I received a defective kindle fire. Amazon is replacing my defective kindle fire with a used, refurbished one?? There are several reasons I don't buy used electronics. One of them is because I won't risk getting bed bugs-they can hide in computers, tablets, TVs, etc. I'm a good customer, I have a prime membership, several kindles, spend a ton of money on e-books. This is how amazon treats their loyal customers??? Tried to publish this review on amazon & it was rejected, so publishing here instead. Just went to link the product to my review. The kindle normally sells for $229. I'm a loyal customer & do a lot of business with amazon. My reward? Paying $260 for a tablet that everyone else is paying $229 for.

Addendum to my 1 st letter to Mr. Raghavender- I have researched the promotional balance- of $34.75 all over Amazon. I have discovered that there is no record of this amount-and this would account for the lack of Amazon being able to apply this -my balance due to me-to any product I purchase-regardless of whatever manner you stated- state-or will state in the future. I did discover I do have a promotional balance-see attached: As you can see I am owed $26.00 in the Amazon MP3 Category- $25.00 in the Amazon Video Category- $25.00 in the Kindle Editions Category. Total = $76.00. All this when I was never able to view any prime videos in 2015- never bought any music- nor bought any kindle books. I gather-this must be a ploy- as to entice me to spend additional monies -then and only then will I ever see the $76.00 refer below in black and white- only if I spend money to buy other Prime video/music/kindle products. Kind of a coercion process- I suspect. Again- the $35.75 owed- appears nowhere- so how can it be applied- since no one knows of it's existence besides you and I- and remember I have your e-mail that validates this amount. I did not pull it out of hat. I am forwarding this all for your review- and assessment. My impression is that there is something terribly wrong here- and should be addressed. Since you are the Assistant of Mr. Bezo- you probably are the person to do so. Unless you prefer I forward all the above - in the form of a Presidential Complaint- and notify others- which I rather not do-in lieu I am sure this is a computer glitch-and an obvious over site by your Organization. I have now spent an enormous amount of time- reading all your correspondence about policy of Amazon- the products that change- and that it would automatically be applied at the appropriate time. Well Sir- since no one knows of this besides you and I- I can't see it ever being applied to anything-and the fact that $76.00 is owed me in the Prime area- you may want to reconsider your 1 month extension of Prime services-not that I really need it-since if I buy something it shall always be over $35.00 and the shipping shall always be free. I suggest you review your position on this matter- and come up with something equitable-otherwise-I shall contact the FCC- and other Government Agencies-and consult an Attorney about this matter-and the manner your firm does business. Govern yourself accordingly

DO not buy from them on Amazon - CHEAP products and won't let you return OR refund money!!!! They insist on pictures of the product - again if you don't like it you can't return it - it has to be broken - and even then they go back & forth via email and still won't refund. I've never had a return issue on Amazon until buying this $10 product that they are fighting me to return and refund. It's the worst experience I've had on Amazon and Amazon should think twice about selling their products
