Amazon double billed my card.

I recently placed an order with Amazon.com for $144.95. Amazon double billed my debit card resulting in four overdrafts to my checking account. The first customer service rep said they didn't and to call my bank. I contacted my bank and they said it was Amazon's fault. Second Amazon rep I talked to said it was Amazon's fault and to supply my bank's contact details. I am currently on my forth Amazon rep and nothing is being done. The overdrafts have not been taken care of and I had to pay my bank for them. What a joke.

Classyjazz427 on Amazon has VERY POOR CUST. SERV.

After ordering what appeared to be an ULTIMATE Leg Magic machine by there web site, it came to me as a Leg Magic. When I tried several times to get the Customer Service Rep. to explain to me the difference and tell me if I did get the ULTIMATE Leg Magic being it did not have anything on the box saying it was the ULTIMATE, I never rec'd a true answer. Only very rude e-mails, asking me over and over to return the merchandise. I will never order from them again! Don't trust them. June 10, 2008

I used to work for Amazon.com it's their policy if you recieve the wrong item, then you get to keep it and get the item you ordered for free.

I was browsing on Amazon.com looking for a music cd. I thought I found the one I was looking for and went to a page that shows crdit card info and ordering info. I did not order this nor did I authorize Amazon to use my credit card even though it is on file and suppose to be in a secure place. Well, I got an email saying my order was successful..I called Customer service and explained I looked at the credit card info but did not order. Like other pissed off consumers I was told it will be shipped and then I will have to ship it back to get a refund. Not a good way to keep customers coming back to purchase anything else. I wonder how I can delete my credit card info on file??

umm, with the free supersaver shipping, they do tell you your order may be delayed 3-5 business days. if you want it faster pay for shipping, the free shipping gives you ground shipping at low priority.

even standard ground is usually only a few dollars.

or better yet, look at amazon prime, free two day shipping! good deal huh.
