I have an error on my fire stick 'tvq'pb'101 5.2.5 so I can't see Netflix. After talking with Gregg a fire stick technician, he told me that was a Netflix error.

After, checking with Netflix they send me back to Amazon fire stick. At amazon I talked wih Angel I believe she's a supervisor, she told me it was a software problem and there is no date to solve the problem.I asked her if she had a solution so both parties would be happy. She respond to buy a new fire stick and they will reiumburse 50% of the price. After the conversation Amazon send me a email saying that I'm a valuable customer and they worked hard to have a satisfied customer.

Do you think I'm a satisfied client? I was very upset and I see the most important thing is that company always win, the client does not matter
