As a working american customer service during the day can be difficult. Amazon outsources to India and they have been dismissive, condscending, rude, and generally just have an attitude of "take this pittance of money, shut up and leave me alone" when we have real issues and concerns and just want resolutions and communications on resolutions.

To find the link to be able to talk to someone is difficult to find alone. Customer service people will often not respond for 2 minutes which apparently is long enough to time out and make you start over with a new person. One issue seems to be common to have to deal with 3 people. When coming out of a conversation there is a banner that states "the most customer centric company on the planet" and if they are centered on customers its centered on taking money not resolving company practices.

*** amazon is what I say now... Buyer beware.

User's recommendation: Buy products in person in the future. Support local businesses.

Amazon Pros: Timely delivery, One stop shop.

Amazon Cons: No real appeals process for bad customer service, Difficult customer service, Rude customer service, Dismissive company.
