The issue that I have experienced was: I have purchased a wall clock RAG28 11.75 inches wall clock on 01.10.2019.The product i received was damaged one. so i placed it for return.

At the time of return pick up my mother was at home. So by mistake she returned the wrong item instead of wall clock.

The delivery even didn't check the item.He just picked up.

When i came home i came to know about this then i complained about it in the customer care.

They assured me to rectify the same within 2 days.

After 2 days no one came and i complained in the customer care and i was told it will be replaced with in 5 days.

Then after 5 days there was no response from them. Then i called again today in the customer and they informed me they have not received any complaint about it.

They cannot do anything now.

It occurred on: 23/10/2019

This meant that I have made payment for my product costing Rs 2000.00 and in place i Have a broken wall clock of rs 500.00.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
