Everytime I've ever had to deal with Amazon support it's been a good experience
I've had to call Amazon Support over the years many of times for various issues with products and services. Recently I put my audible account on pause when I sorted through all the other subscriptions I didn't need and canceled ones I didn't use.
I called Audible back to reinstate my account, (my prime account still work to the entire time, no issues), and it was the simplest process.
I mentioned I wanted to read the Bible front to back like a book as I nvr have before, and they even gave me a free credit to do so. I've never had anything but good experiences with Amazon support regarding their services or products purchased, so I felt the need to leave this comment.
User's recommendation: Use Amazon if u want the Right thing, On time.
