I bought an item and was double charged, first time I have received a wrong item and found out once I hired someone to assemble it, I called Amazon and a rep. Asked me a letter from the person who did the work so that I will get my $100 back, but I have not received it yet.
Now they send me one on the exchange of the first one, but I can not assemble that one because the money I paid wasn't reimbursed yet. And it is difficult for me to return the old one either because I don't know how to.
As a result, Amazon charged me again for the second item that supposed to replace the first one. I need someone real to talk to in order to solve the problem!
By the way I lost a lot of plants in the process who is gonna pay me for that !

Amazon Pros: Good customer service a majority of the time, Pricing.
Amazon Cons: Kept saying sorry with no emotional backing, Lack of security for all customers.
