I was alerted my package was 4 stops away via app alerts. I opened my Buisness front door for packages (my store front is closed Mondays) After waiting 3hrs I had no choice but to leave and pick up my kids from school.
I get a call from the driver, I explained that I wouldnt be back for another hour or so and I was ok with it being delivered the next Buisness day. He rudely said he would say it was undeliverable and hung up on me. I tried tracking it this morning and it was canceled and that I had refused my packages. This is completely unacceptable!!
If this person is in driver of my area I will no longer need your services.
One of those packages was part of a gift, his behavior and actions were unnecessary. I refuse to pay for this kind of customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
