I purchased a tablet from amazon and have been looking for help every since. It was supposed to have front and rear cameras and it has none.

I have contacted Amazon, the seller. dragon the builder and am being told no one supports the product cause it's in a gray area.

I am not wanting my money back, I just want a working product that was advertised. Other problem that is happening in the little silver ID tag has wiped clean of the serial number and when I asked for a second location or way to ID I never even got a response so I sent it again and still nothing ....

What to do next???

You bought a piece of junk. If it's money you wish to save, then just buy an Amazon Kindle Fire, 7" for $49.99 on Amazon. Works well.
