Double order on two sofa's by Amazon
Customer service was horrendous the people they have working for Amazon doesn't have Amazon nor its customers issues in mind!!They talk to you as if it is a game!!
I called and called because I had the money of two sofa's come out of my account!! No one cared!! Until I got a hold of a guy name Jason he works for Furniture Mania. He had just finished writing me an email about a double order.
Amazon was to busy stating that it was me ordering twice!! Which I didn't the explanation came how I would do it on my computer. I ordered with my phone, and I saw how fast it went once I decided to order. But I pushed the button once...if it was for this man putting up the extra money to allow it to be put back on my card?
It wouldn't have happened Amazon was to busy blaming.Once I issued a dispute with my bank and they would be responsible for any fees going and coming from my account the money was back in my account in hours!!
