On July 2 2017 I ordered, J-b Weld 8265 Cold Welding Compound Display, the description says : "display includes six pair tubes, each pair wrapped with instructions". On July 5, I received 1 pair of tubes, I let them know of the mistake, and ask for the display and the other 5 pairs, On July 7th, I received 1 more pair of tubes.

So, I asked again, for the display and the remaining 4 pairs, and received a return label and that had to be dropped off at UPS, (15 miles from my home).

when I posted this to feedback they emailed me from a no reply email and said it needs to be to the seller, but Amazon is the seller and when you click that button, you can only leave feedback for non-amazon sellers. Are they no interested in correcting there problems?

Product or Service Mentioned: Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: sent what I ordered.
