I had missing items but I gave them time due to the fact the roads collapsed the same time items were to be delivered I figured no roads items cant be delivered very least they will be late gave them 2 months as it was also the Christmas season figured there would be a backlog still nothing so I called told them everything was told I would receive a refund even got an email confirming it the email said 7-10 business days but depending on your bank it may be longer gave it 3 weeks then contacted the email for charge inquiry listed in the email never got a response but again thinking with things they might be backlogged gave it time and still nothing so-called customer service again this time was told too much time had passed and I would not receive any refund and they dont have any trace of the email so Im out of luck
Take away dont be nice and give large companies time if things are going on in the world just complain right away
