I called and requested for an RFS return specifically get told that it would be in processed and he can confirmed it was available for that item but in the refund I sent out the product today and now they're saying it'll be for till February 23rd before I get refund . When I got off the phone with Amazon I called the customer let him know what was going on with Amazon order and I was getting refunded now I'm getting told that it'll be 14 days before I get a refund and I have to now call my customer back and tell him that Amazon lied to me so not that I lied to him but Amazon lied to me and showed this I have transcripts I have screenshots I have all information available for. Amazon to review I've been hung up on now by at least 10 supervisors maybe more probably more just refusing and repeating the same thing over and over again every time I ask a new question until the point they hang up and most don't even give me their name they just repeat the last thing they said before I asked
User's recommendation: Boycott.
Monetary Loss: $869.
Preferred solution: I want a refund but I want it now before the 23rd like they said what happened with a RFS return . It was using a prepaid shipping label. .
Amazon Cons: Incapacitated customer service, Problems with cancelling orders, Poor quality of products and services.
