On a FRIDAY at about 6pm I ordered 5 items, 3 packs of screen savers, phone batt, and a HDMI 3 into 1 box. All within minutes of each other.
ALL WERE NEXT DAY PRIME! And all were within the "Order before" cut-off time for next day..
After going to bed at 9pm getting up @ 3am leaving to go to work out of town, and not having access to a computer or cellular data at work, I did not check on the order until I got home.
I got home @ 1pm on Saturday, and noticed 2 packages at my door, 1 for the special handling LIPO batt and 1 for the screen savers.. the HDMI box was not with the shipment.
So I check the Amazon website, NOW THE DELIVERY DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SUNDAY!!!
THE ORDER DATE AND TIME HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SATURDAY @ 12:32 AM!!!
I WAS ASLEEP, IT WAS NOT ORDERED THEN,, IT WAS ORDERED @ 6PM FRIDAY.
So I call Amazon and the LIES started,,, In summation they call ME the liar and that I must of ordered it after the "CUT-OFF" time and thats why its not coming "NEXT DAY"
I SAW THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR ALL ITEMS ORDERED AND IT WAS THE SAME TIME FOR ALL ITEMS, IT SAID "ORDER WITHIN xxx HOURS TO GET NEXT DAY SERVICE" AND IN THE CASE IT SAID 5 HOURS AND XX MINUTES,!!!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT SAYING I WAS AT FAULT AND I MUST OF ORDERED IT @ 12:32am Saturday !!! AND THAT THEY HAVE NO WAY OF CHANGING THE ORDER TIME!!
This is not the first time,
THIS IS THE 5TH TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED,, ITS NOT A GLITCH, ITS NOT COSTUMER ERROR, ITS AMAZON !!
