Bought one 621 eardopes of boat Co. on 24th july'22.

Charging problem was detected. Logded complaint with Boat Co on 9th Oct'21. They sent me Delivery way bill no.130062****965 and ticket no.367****. On 18th Delivery picked up the product at around 3-30pm from me.

On 19th Oct21, Boat Co. sent me another mail informing that Delivery curiour has canceled PICK UP. Since then at least I have sent thirty to fourty emails to Delivery Curior but they have not solved my problem. Now my question is : I have bought the above product from you.

I am a prime member of Amazon. Why should I be cheated like this? You should look into the this and ask Boat Co to send me the product I bought from you. Hope you will look into the matter and help me in this regard.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Amazon Pros: Yours is reputed platform who sell goid quality products, I am trying to talk to someone on the phone.

Amazon Cons: Not being able to talk to a person.
