I have tried to contact the seller and Amazon for several days I conniver get an answer from seller and Amazon has not responded to my request for assistance . I made a somewhat costly purchase and it is not functioning properly .

So am I stuck with this costly item ? and no help from Amazon ~~~I will never purchase from the again .

this is an awful way to do business and ii expect this is the new way of Amazon it will all catch up too you. I am sorry for any one that spend any large sum of money on any ting from you and expects good customer service .
