DISCRIMINATION & Amazon WONT STEP IN

Advanced ReviewerI've been denied equal access and services for 11 weeks now and there's been disability discrimination via Amazon shopping app live chat where I've had 99% the same exact people on there the entire time, and they think its hilarious but its only caused many issues, and I am traumatized to say the least. And when I get a callback on the callback service or call in the same people intercept my calls I have many recordings to prove it they laugh on the phone as well.
It is Amazon I call 888-280-**** that is Amazon. No one has helped me! I will attach the images of the discrimination and i just want the results of my investigation for order ending in 9803 they won't tell, and I have lots of proof I was told I'd receive compensation for the damages and I did everything I was told to do I am so hurt and confused and devastated.
I pray the ending is near. These are evil cruel people.

Preferred solution: The compensation I was promised and additional help for the mental and emotional anguish and discrimination of you deem necessary but honestly the 5000$ for the damages would be great i just want my life back I am forever changed this is awful and scary. .
