I tried to log into my Amazon account after it on its own logged me out right after I purchased a few things on my gift card and then it told me I had to contact customer service because my account was temporarily locked due to suspicious activity I then proceed to call Amazon's customer service and that's where they tell me that I have unusual activity because of the payment methods I've been using there was a card put on my account by somebody who hacked into my account and if you look in the records it does show that I took the card off right after I realized it was there and I changed my password I have since made two orders and they have both gone through on my gift card balance but for some reason tonight Amazon decides that I have unusual activity based on my shopping items when I speak to the first customer service representative I can barely understand what she's saying she's repeating herself multiple times asking me the same questions even though I told her the answers she just the way she goes about speaking to me in my opinion it was very unprofessional when I told her I wanted to speak with somebody higher up she sent me to the supervisor named Conrad who I must say was extremely disrespectful he kept insinuating with the tone of his voice that I was the one that was doing wrong he even said at one point he made a snide comment about how he at least listen to what I was saying as if I wasn't paying any attention the conversation just escalated more and more because I personally felt like I was being attacked by two of your staff members one of them being a supervisor who is supposed to deescalate the situation when honestly he just made it that much worse when I when he felt like he couldn't handle the phone call no more he said okay well I got all the information I need I really would just think you should listen to the phone call and you should decide if he was being unprofessional or not because I'm going to tell you that he was so I would like something to be done about this and I do not want my Amazon account anymore I want to cancel it whether it gets unlocked or not or off hold or not and I want my freaking gift card money.
