Amazon - Didn't delivery my macbook pro
I bought an macbook at amazon.com website and opted for expedited shipping, it was supposed to be delivered until february 28th.As I didn't received it I made a complaint at there website, they didn't tell me the reason but they cancelled my order and are returning PART of my money back.
They are charging a 5% restocking fee for THERE MISTAKE!! It looks like a scheme to get my money!!! You order, they don't deliver, and charge you for it!!
To worsen the matters I latter found out that they shipped it from china and was going to take 6-8 weeks to arrive, even though I paid for expedited shipping!!!The least I expect is to get FULL reimbursement!!
Monetary Loss: $1415.
