Ordered 4 tires, delivery date kept being delayed, finally had enough and cancelled order, Amazon customer service said order was cancelled and refund credited to account.....2 days later, 2 of the 4 tires shows up at house, so I thought other 2 tires would soon follow, Wrong!, they never did show up and Amazon never said anything, finally tried to contact Amazon, all the customer service is out of the USA, none could give me any answers, kept being switched around, still have not received other 2 tires or refund as Amazon had already charged me for 4 tires, this company will not be around long with service like this.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Horrible service, Terrible waste of my time.
