Over the last few months delivery problems are almost expected, first ordered a Moto 6 phone waited on a Saturday for delivery first e-mail said delays 2nd that it was lost or damaged received full refund but expected phone to use on Vacation and flying out the next day on Sunday, then recently ordered Over the Air TV antenna saw that same day delivery was available sure why not for an extra $5.99 well that order was delayed

received full refund but that's not the point why offer it if the company can't deliver , Today Friday Sept 14, waiting for order of Amazon Echo Spot to be given as a present , sitting in living room and heard a loud bang at the front door well lo and behold the package arrived driver of the white van too lazy

to go up 5 stairs and when I asked him just ignored me, done with Amazon Prime and the lousy service

Preferred solution: training of drivers so they understand the customer counts.

Who actually was supposed to deliver the packages from Amazon? Most are given to a third party carrier like USPS, UPS, etc.

You can find out who is going to deliver it by clicking on the order and tracking information.

It will tell you how/who the deliverer is. You can complain to Amazon about the deliveries by clicking on the order and looking for the relevant buttons concerning the package and your satisfaction, etc.
