in the past 6 months, 8 of my orders have been delivered to the wrong address. I live in a complex of townhouses and each area is grouped in sets of 5 ie: 3017 A,B,C etc.
do the delivery people just not care, is it complacency. Amazon said a package was delivered on May 11, not to my addy, I was home all day. just because your drivers say it was delivered doesn't mean it was so I had to reorder and pay again. my order from Sun.
was delivered 2 doors down from me. Can something be done. Is there a placed on our acct. that has "not received".
Not much more to say. just adding more words to equal 100 I am getting near so please handle this problem.
