I didnt understand what this person was saying because he was speaking too fast and had an accent I couldnt understand and I didnt want to go on with this associate. He said that he was trying to help me but I have hearing issues and it wasnt working.
I am totally sorry for getting upset but it was frustrating especially when I have a disability. I dont know a lot about how to run computers and iPads except for the easy functions and apps. I was using my iPhone at the time and it was really difficult to use the phone while trying to follow his directions to go elsewhere on the phone while still being connected with him.
This associate was asking me for my bank card number when I already paid for the item. I have already received my airplane on the 16th of February so everything is good now.
