Amazon - Damaged delivered product
I ordered cascade dishwashing pods. They arrived damaged from water or freezing.
This activated the pods. Many had disolved and leaked into all the rest of the pods. This was a huge mess. I returned the damaged product and requested it to be replaced.
Amazon, only talks through chats. I explained what happened and their computer response continued to be is there anything else that we can do? I heard from the supplier of the pods, they wrote and told me that they cant issue a refund until I remove the negative review.
I never asked for a refund, I asked for a replacement of product.
As of today, nothing has been resolved. Its the blind leading the blind over at Amazon and this particular vendor.
