I just wanted to briefly say that 95% of books come damaged from Amazon due to lack of packaging. I've written emails to Jeff Bezos pleading for an option for extra packaging but obviously I've been ignored...

as always. I've chatted about this to customer service and they all gave me the run around saying they would tell the warehouse of my concerns. Nothing ever changes. The package feedback also does absolutely nothing at all.

Sometimes I think the books are damaged before they even put them in the box. I really hope that my account never gets shut down because of all the returned damaged books. It's not my fault that Amazon is cheap and won't offer better protection.

Their customer service is always nice and will always let me return books but I just wish I could get decent books the first time around. I'm so fed up.
