Amazon deducted my account for Amazon Prime member without me every requesting a membership for $14.99 per month. They also sign me up for HBO standard for 18.99 per month that I never requested.

Amazon can stop automatically deducted people account from the card that they have on file.Amazon just automatically deducted my card for services I did not request.

Somehow there was an item charged to my account, which Amazon cancelled, but they also put my account on hold. I was glad they cancelled the $400 product, though it took a while to get my account back.

I finally got to talk to a real person and they fixed it within minutes. Thank you Amazon for catching the fictitious order so quickly!

To be honest I feel that this hole ordeal was 100% avoidable.
1.never leave a package in a unsecured location
2. There are lock boxes on site use them
3. I have had several packages delivered to the SUCURED boxes so I know they work
