Amazon - Customer service when it comes to language communication and accent! No listing skills and doing completely different from what difficult to understand agents that speak fast with an accent!
Not happy with all return request by phone! Agents dont have customers communication skills, difficult to understand their English!
Want to speak fast and not listing. Then a complete different returning service from what has been said and agreed! labels not matching items returned and refunded eg on some items etc
In the last 1-3 months I have been with headaches returning items! Agent said Amazon will pick up items and they come and just throw labels on the floor with out picking up items or some items, then it happens that picked up items with wrong labels, left over items with wrong labels just thrown out labels on the floor with out bring picked items!
Said to leave items outside and did and never have been picked up.
Until dogs started eating the package! Just so bad services lately!
User's recommendation: Don’t buy too many things at once, because returning can be very stressful!
