I have spent 3 months trying to get a refund for a table that I only received part of. I have spend over 20 hours on the phone with numerous people in Amazon customer service. They all tell me I will get a refund but I never do - they send me emails stating the same thing and they tell me this is all documented

Today I got my bill and the item is no longer in dispute but shows as unpaid (I use the Amazon store Card) So when I called today I was told they could find no record of this and that its not their problem call the bank.

Well the bank tells me it is their problem since the bank cannot refund me anything unless Amazon says to refund it - that makes sense to me

Does ANYONE in Amazon customer service have ANY idea what is going on???

User's recommendation: Never buy anything 3rd party from Amazon.

Monetary Loss: $524.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
